目的:探讨关节镜下切除术治疗胭窝囊肿的临床效果.方法:回顾以往3年我院骨科就诊的58例胭窝囊肿患者资料进行分析,根据不同疗法分为两组,参照组(28例)实施传统切除术进行治疗,研究组(30例)采用关节镜下切除术进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、复发率、治疗前后Lindgren评分变化、康复时间及疼痛(VAS)评估.结果:研究组患者治疗优良率显著高于参照组,且复发率较低(P＜0.05);两组患者术后Lindgren评分显著优于术前,研究组术后评分指数显著高于参照组(P＜0.05);研究组与参照组治疗后VAS评分对比无统计意义(P＞0.05),研究组患者术后康复时间显著优于参照组(P＜0.05).结论:腘窝囊肿患者采用关节镜下切除术进行治疗可缩短术后恢复时间,改善临床症状,并有效降低复发率,效果显著,临床可进一步拓展运用.","Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic excision on treatment of popliteal cyst Methods Clinical data of 58 cases with popliteal cyst in Orthopedics Department in our hospital in the past 3 years were retrospectively analyzed, they were divided into two groups according to different therapies. The control group (28 cases) was given conventional resection, the observation group (30 cases) was given arthroscopic excision, curative effect, recurrence rate, Lindgren score changes, recovery time, VAS of the two groups were compared Results Good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower (P＜0.05); after treatment, Lindgren scores of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, scoring index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05); after treatment, the difference of VAS score between the two groups had no statistic significance (P＜0.05), postoperative rehabilitation time of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of arthroscopic excision on treatment of popliteal cyst can shorten postoperative rehabilitation time, improve clinical symptoms, lower recurrence rate, it has significant effect and is worthy of wide promotion.
