当学术界提及“身与竹化”、“成竹于胸”的重要美学命题以及著名的“诗画一律”理论,都将其桂冠赋与苏轼,苏轼也因此成为绘画方面的伟大宗师。在苏轼的成就掩盖下,文同的诗画艺术一直不为学术界所深究,又因其是苏轼的表亲,批评家多认为他是苏轼的附庸。其实,文同在诗画方面不仅有自己的独特创新,而且对苏轼有着极为深刻的影响,文同在中国的诗画史上起着承前启后的重要历史作用。
When the academia mentions the important aesthetic propositions of “body and bamboo” and “natural”, and the famous theory of “poetry and painting”, both of them are endorsed by Su Shi and Su Shi therefore becomes Great master of painting. Under the cover of Su Shi’s achievements, Wen Tong’s art of painting and calligraphy has never been studied by academics. Because of his being a cousin of Su Shi, many critics consider him as a vassal of Su Shi. In fact, Wen Tong not only has its own unique innovation in poetry and painting, but also has a profound and profound influence on Su Shi. Wen Tong plays an important historical role in the history of poetry and painting in China.
