2013年,虹口区被评为第五批全国社区教育实验区。去年年底虹口区教育局从普教系统里调出第一批专职教师到社区学校担任常务副校长,提篮桥街道社区学校的常务副校长周长元是这批新调任的8位专职教师之一。面临新的工作安排,周长元乐于接受挑战,怀着激情来到了社区学校。在这半年里,他开始适应工作环境,重新认识社区教育,并在各个居委开展调研,挖掘居民的学习需求,计划在今年秋季开设几门知识类社区课程。“工作有
In 2013, Hongkou District was named the fifth batch of national community education experimental zone. At the end of last year, Hongkou District Bureau of Education recruited the first batch of full-time teachers from the general education system to serve as executive vice presidents in the community schools.
