据全总的一份调查显示,目前全国所有的国有改制企业中,董事会、监事会成员中有公司职工代表的只有50%左右。不仅如此,即使已经执行了职工董事、监事制度的企业,实际操作的效果也不尽人意,存在着“董事不懂事,监事不管事,平时不参政,参政难议事”的现象。因此,笔者认为,进一步完善职工董事、监事制度,构建规范的现代企业制度,已刻不容缓。职工董事、监事身份的确立
