根据管理基本职能和管理过程,将组织对IT的管理能力和IT应用效果分解为29个观测变量,运用结构方程模型,分析组织对IT的领导能力、计划能力、组织能力、控制能力及人事能力对IT应用效果的影响。研究表明,领导能力、人事能力、控制能力对IT应用效果存在直接的影响,其中领导能力的影响强度最大;计划能力、组织能力对IT应用效果不产生直接影响;领导能力-应用效果、领导能力-人事能力-应用效果、领导能力-控制能力-应用效果、计划能力-控制能力-应用效果形成了影响IT应用效果的关键管理路径。
According to the management of basic functions and management process, the organization decomposed IT management ability and IT application effect into 29 observation variables. Using the structural equation model, the paper analyzes the organization’s ability of leadership, planning, organization, control and personnel of IT Impact on the effectiveness of IT applications. Research shows that leadership, personnel and control have a direct impact on the effectiveness of IT application, of which the influence of leadership is the strongest; planning and organizational skills have no direct impact on the effectiveness of IT applications; and leadership - effectiveness of application and leadership - Personnel competencies - application effectiveness, leadership skills - control skills - application effectiveness, planning skills - control skills - application effects form a key management path that affects the effectiveness of IT applications.
