针对抽油井生产过程中生产回压给深井泵生产带来的不利影响 ,造成漏失并导致产量与泵效降低等问题 ,结合现场实际 ,研制开发了有杆抽油增输泵——在原有深井泵上部增加一个比深井泵直径大的助抽泵筒 ,其活塞上、下和抽油杆相连 ,与深井泵柱塞同步运动 ,分担油井泵柱塞承受的载荷 ,减少深井泵的漏失量 ,降低油井井筒内的回压 ,达到增产的目的。现场应用收到了良好的效果。
In view of the negative impact of production backpressure on the production of deep well pumps in the production process of pumping sumps, resulting in the loss and the reduction of output and pump efficiency, combined with the actual situation in the field, a sucker rod pump with increased pumping capacity was developed. The upper part of the pump has a larger diameter than the deep well pump cylinder. The piston is connected with the sucker rod at the upper and the lower part to synchronously move with the deep well pump plunger to share the load of the oil well pump plunger, reduce the leakage loss of the deep well pump and reduce Back pressure within the wellbore to achieve the purpose of increasing production. Field applications have received good results.
