胡主席明确指出,要认真总结新时期以来我们党在自身建设方面积累的丰富经验和这次先进性教育活动积累的新鲜经验,探索建立保持共产党员先进性的长效机制,探索建立加强和改进党的建设的长效机制。这两个长效机制,是胡主席着眼推进党的建设新的伟大工程,赋予我们的重大战略任务, President Hu explicitly pointed out that we must earnestly sum up the rich experience accumulated by our party in building itself since the new period and the fresh experience accumulated in this advanced education campaign and explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism for maintaining the advanced nature of Party members and exploring ways to establish and strengthen and improve Long-term mechanism for building the party. These two long-term mechanisms are the major strategic tasks Hu pointed out to Chairman Hu for promoting the great new project of party building and giving them our cause.
