工程项目管理贯穿项目的整个过程,管理的核心任务是目标控制,包含质量目标、进度目标、成本目标和安全目标。工程项目具有单一性,不同项目的工程规模大小、施工难度、预期工期都不一样,其所采用的项目管理模式也就不同,在不同的项目管理模式下,由于项目的承发包模式及项目相关方的合同关系存在差异,其必然会影响项目的造价。本文主要研究我国常用工程项目管理模式的差异性对工程造价所产生的影响,为项目相关管理方进行工程项目造价管理提供参考。
