试验研究了碳纤维增强混凝土在单轴拉伸荷载下的力学性能。试验发现:当纤维体积掺量为0.1%时,纤维混凝土的抗拉强度比基准混凝土提高11%,极限拉伸应变提高24%,断裂能提高47.8%。纤维混凝土特征长度增加,即纤维混凝土脆性降低。试验证明:碳纤维具有良好的阻裂性能,增强了硬化混凝土的抗裂性能。
The mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced concrete under uniaxial tensile loading were experimentally studied. The results show that when the fiber volume fraction is 0.1%, the tensile strength of fiber reinforced concrete is 11% higher than that of standard concrete, the ultimate tensile strain is increased by 24% and the fracture energy is increased by 47.8%. The length of the fiber concrete increases, that is, the brittleness of the fiber concrete decreases. Experiments show that: carbon fiber has good resistance to cracking performance, enhanced cracking resistance of hardened concrete.
