发扬成绩继续前进《中国水利》是水利部(水利电力部)的机关刊物。多年来积极贯彻党中央和国务院有关水利的方针政策,传播国内外水利的信息,在推动我国水利事业的发展中发挥了很好的作用。借《中国水利》纪念复刊100期的机会,谨向《中国水利》的编辑、作者、工作人员和广大读者致以衷心的问候! 新中国成立以来,水利工作取得了巨大成就,也存在不少问题。当前水利的形势很好,党中央、国务院和各级领导十分重视水利,广大干部和广大人民以极大的热情兴修水利。
Carrying forward the achievements and proceeding “China Water Conservancy” is the organ publication of the Ministry of Water Resources (Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electric Power). Over the years, the central government and the State Council have actively implemented the guidelines and policies on water conservancy and disseminated information on water conservancy both at home and abroad, playing a very good role in promoting the development of China’s water conservancy. With the opportunity to commemorate the 100th issue of “China’s Water Conservancy”, I would like to extend my heartfelt greetings to the editors, authors, staffs and readers of China Water Resources. Since the founding of New China, great achievements have been made in water conservancy and many achievements have also been made problem. At present, the situation of water conservancy is very good. The CPC Central Committee, the State Council and leaders at all levels attach great importance to water conservancy. The vast numbers of cadres and the broad masses of people with great enthusiasm build water conservancy projects.
