我厂生产铜铅合金轴瓦,需作HB30左右的硬度测定。但产品在制成试样后合金层厚度仅有2~3毫米。要正确测定这种试样的硬度应具有62.5公斤负荷级数的布氏硬度计。而我厂布氏硬度计的最低负荷为187.5公斤,根本不能准确地测定轴瓦的硬度。如果另铸试样,又和产品的生产条件不完全一致,仍不能真实反映产品的硬度。为保证产品质量必须随时对产品硬度作准确的测定。我们在对硬度试验的基本原理研究之后,大胆地在洛氏硬度计上装上φ4.7625的
