“设计”是教师围绕教学目标而拟订的教学程序和环节。教学设计实际上是一柄双刃剑。一方面它体现了教师对专业品质的追求,尤其是年轻教师,理应严肃认真地对待自己的教学设计。教师把一堂课来回琢磨过几个回合后,对自己专业水平的提高有很大的帮助。但另一方面,太过周密的设计又往往会损害课堂教学中灵动的师生互动。因此,很多时候我们的公开课往往表现得精致细腻,呈现出较强的设计感;而日常的课则相对自由,具有原生态,甚
“Design ” is the teaching procedure and links that the teacher has drawn up around the teaching goal. Teaching design is actually a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it embodies the teachers’ pursuit of professional quality, especially young teachers, and should seriously treat their own teaching design. After a few rounds of recollection of a class, teachers can greatly help their professionalism. On the other hand, too-careful design tends to impair the smart teacher-student interaction in class teaching. Therefore, in many cases, our open classes tend to be exquisite and delicate, showing a strong sense of design. However, the daily lesson is relatively free and has an original ecology.
