项目节点计划是为项目设计的最佳实施轨迹,其管理水平的提高也会为项目的顺利实施奠定良好基础。在实际工作中,充分应用PDCA原理,将计划、执行、检查、改进四个过程有机结合,历时近两年,通过三次循环,分别采取建立编制模版、开展逻辑校核、设置评价指标等方法,先后解决了节点计划管理中出现的填报不规范、不合逻辑、执行有偏差等问题,在全面提升项目节点计划规范化、科学化管理水平的同时,也增强了其可执行性,为项目顺利实施奠定良好基础。
The project node plan is the best track for project design. The improvement of its management level will also lay a good foundation for the smooth implementation of the project. In practice, the PDCA principle is fully applied and the four processes of planning, execution, inspection and improvement are organically integrated. Through three cycles, the methods of setting up templates, conducting logical check and setting evaluation indexes are adopted respectively. It has successively solved such problems as non-standard filing, illogicality and deviation in implementation of project planning management.
