目的:探讨剖宫产术中胎头娩出困难时应用剖宫产产钳助娩的优势。方法:回顾性分析剖宫产术中使用剖宫产产钳35例的产妇及胎儿情况。结果:35例剖宫产术中使用剖宫产产钳均能一次成功,胎儿娩出时间为135～140s,有3例新生儿轻度窒息,仅有1例新生儿面部擦伤,未增加产妇并发症。结论:剖宫产术中胎头娩出困难时使用剖宫产产钳助娩胎头,是安全、有效的,值得推广的。
Objective: To explore the advantages of applying cesarean section to deliver labor during the cesarean section with difficult delivery. Methods: Retrospective analysis of cesarean section in the use of cesarean section forceps in 35 cases of maternal and fetal conditions. Results: 35 cases of cesarean section using cesarean section forceps can be a success, fetal delivery time is 135 ~ 140s, 3 cases of mild neonatal asphyxia, only 1 case of neonatal facial abrasion, no increase in maternal complications disease. Conclusion: Cesarean section in the fetal head when delivery difficult to use cesarean section to help deliver fetal head, is safe and effective, it is worth promoting.
