为了研究钻孔抽采过程中煤层瓦斯的运移规律以及确定合理的抽采半径,基于煤体孔隙-裂隙双重介质的结构模型,建立了考虑吸附解吸的受载含瓦斯煤体瓦斯流动耦合方程。并实测鹤壁三矿二1煤层数值计算所需相关参数,采用COMSOL-Multiphysics数值模拟软件对钻孔周围的煤层瓦斯流动进行数值计算模拟,得到不同抽采时间内的有效半径,并根据模拟结果探讨了抽采负压对抽采效果的影响。最后通过模拟流量数据与现场实测流量数据的比较,两者结果基本一致,从而验证了数值模拟结果的正确性。
In order to study the law of coal gas migration during drilling and determine the reasonable extraction radius, based on the structural model of porous media with pore-fissure, a gas-liquid coupling equation of gas bearing coal gas considering adsorption and desorption . And the relevant parameters needed for numerical calculation of Hebi No.3 and No.2 coal seam were measured. COMSOL-Multiphysics numerical simulation software was used to simulate the coal seam gas flow around the borehole, and the effective radius in different extraction time was obtained. According to the simulation results The effect of extraction negative pressure on extraction effect. Finally, by comparing the simulated flow data with the field measured flow data, the results of both are basically the same, which verifies the correctness of the numerical simulation results.
