目的：研究新型隐球菌脑膜炎（隐脑）的死亡原因。方法：对４５例隐脑死亡病例的临床资料进行分析。结果：发现与死亡有关的因素有：起病急、误诊时间长、病情重、激素应用不当、未用抗深部真菌药物或使用不当。死亡原因主要为：各种原因诱发的脑疝、两性霉素Ｂ的毒副作用、继发感染等。结论：提出降低本病病死率的措施：①提高对本病的认识，减少误诊；②避免滥用激素；③尽早使用抗真菌治疗；④掌握好抗真菌药物的停药指征并注意其副作用；⑤警惕颅神经损害；⑥预防继发感染。
Objective: To study the cause of death of Cryptococcus neoformans meningitis (crypto). Methods: The clinical data of 45 cases of death from occult brain were analyzed. Results: The factors related to death were found to be: acute onset, long misdiagnosis, serious illness, improper application of hormones, undelivered antifungal agents or improper use. The main causes of death: various causes of herniation, amphotericin B side effects, secondary infection. Conclusion: To reduce the mortality of this disease measures: ① improve the understanding of the disease and reduce misdiagnosis; ② avoid abuse of hormones; ③ anti-fungal treatment as soon as possible; ④ master anti-fungal drug withdrawal indications and pay attention to their side effects; ⑤ alert cranial nerve damage; ⑥ prevention of secondary infection.
