目的 探讨二维超声心动图早期诊断川崎病冠状动脉病变的临床价值。方法 采用二维超声心动图观察、分析 1998年 3月~ 2 0 0 2年 3月我院 4 8例川崎病患儿的冠状动脉病变声像改变。结果 发现川崎病患儿冠状动脉不同程度病变 38例 ,其中冠状动脉扩张 31例 ,冠状动脉瘤形成 4例 ,巨大左冠状动脉瘤 1例 ,2例冠状动脉管壁增厚、回声增强。结论 二维超声心动图可以早期诊断川崎病患儿冠状动脉病变 ,对指导临床治疗、估计预后及预防心血管意外有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of two-dimensional echocardiography in the early diagnosis of coronary artery lesions of Kawasaki disease. Methods Two-dimensional echocardiography was used to analyze the changes of coronary artery lesions in 48 children with Kawasaki disease in our hospital from March 1998 to March 2002. Results Kawasaki disease in 38 children with varying degrees of coronary artery disease, including 31 cases of coronary artery dilatation, 4 cases of coronary artery aneurysm formation, 1 case of huge left coronary artery aneurysm, 2 cases of coronary artery wall thickening, echo enhancement. Conclusion Two-dimensional echocardiography can early diagnose coronary artery lesions in children with Kawasaki disease. It is of great significance to guide clinical treatment, prognosis and prevention of cardiovascular accidents.
