利用液相色谱和放射免疫分析法对新入侵害虫蔗扁蛾Opogona sacchari(Bojer)蛹内的蜕皮激素进行了定性和定量分析,以期明确蔗扁蛾蛹内蜕皮激素的主要组分及动态变化规律.蔗扁蛾蛹期的蜕皮激素种类主要是20-羟基蜕皮激素.无论雄蛹还是雌蛹,整个蛹期蜕皮激素含量起初逐渐升高,达到一个明显的峰值(每蛹80 ng左右)后则逐渐下降,至蛹后期的几天里,蜕皮激素含量相对水平较低,为每蛹30 ng左右.雄蛹的峰值只出现在第3天,而雌蛹的峰植较为平缓,横跨在第2~4天间.特定蛹期(第1,2,4,5,6天),雌蛹蜕皮激素含量明显高于雄蛹.同时发现,蛹期4 d后,后半蛹的蜕皮激素含量均明显高于前半蛹.
The ecdysone in the newly invaded Opogona sacchari (Bojer) pupae was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by liquid chromatography and radioimmunoassay to clarify the main components and dynamic changes of ecdysone in pupae . Cotyledons moth pupae ecdysone type is mainly 20-hydroxy ecdysteroid. Both the male and female pupal pupae, the content of ecdysone initially increased gradually, reaching a significant peak (about 80 ng per pupa), but then gradually decreased. In the last few days after pupa, the relative levels of ecdysone were lower , About 30 ng per pupa. The peak of male pupae appeared only on day 3, while the peak on female pupae was gentle, spanning between days 2 and 4. Specific pupal stage (1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th day), the content of ecdysone in female pupae was significantly higher than male pupae. At the same time, the ecdysone content of the latter half pupae was significantly higher than that of the first half pupa after 4 days of pupal stage.
