本文用可成形γ(亦即试件最终成形转角)作为衡量Zn-22%A1板材超塑气胀成形性能的一个指标。用正交试验法确定了帽形试件、阶梯式环形试件气胀成形的最佳条件。并给出了帽形件可成形性γ与成形温度T、板材厚度S、保压时间τ和间断升压流量V的关系式。
In this paper, formable γ (that is, the final forming corner of the specimen) is taken as an index to measure the superplastic forming performance of Zn-22% A1 sheet. By orthogonal test method, the optimum conditions of the cap-shaped specimen and the step-ring specimen were determined. The relationship between the formability γ of the cap and the forming temperature T, the thickness S of the sheet, the dwell time τ and the intermittent ascending flow rate V is given.
