研究根据平衡计分卡及供应链标准运作模型,以煤炭供应链的均衡供给及协调发展为目标,构建其绩效评价模型,并基于区间熵值法、层次分析法两种方法对评价指标进行了集成赋权,对龙煤集团、山西焦煤集团、中煤集团、兖矿集团、冀中能源集团和以流通企业为核心的供应链:泰德煤网共6条供应链整体进行了综合绩效评价。分析出各条供应链的绩效情况以及存在的问题,最后提出煤炭供应链绩效改进的对策。
Based on the balanced scorecard and the standard operating model of supply chain, this paper builds a model of performance evaluation based on balanced supply and coordinated development of coal supply chain. Based on interval entropy method and analytic hierarchy process, Integrated empowerment, conducted a comprehensive performance evaluation of the six supply chains of Long Tieda Group, Shanxi Coking Coal Group, China Coal Group, Yankuang Group, Jizhong Energy Group and circulation-oriented enterprises as the core supply chain: Ted coal network . Analyzes the performance of each supply chain and the existing problems, and finally puts forward the measures to improve the performance of the coal supply chain.
