目的　探讨阿霉素直接作用下大鼠肝细胞肝脂酶活力的变化。方法　用胶原酶灌流 -差速离心法分离培养大鼠肝细胞 ,观察 10 -6M阿霉素孵育 2h后肝脂酶活力的变化。结果　实验组肝脂酶活力较对照组下降 37.31%。结论　阿霉素肾病大鼠肝脂酶活力下降可能与阿霉素对肝脏的直接作用有关 Objective To investigate the changes of hepatic lipase activity in rat hepatocytes treated with doxorubicin directly. Methods The hepatic cells were isolated and cultured by collagenase perfusion-differential centrifugation. The changes of hepatic lipase activity were observed after 10-6M doxorubicin incubation for 2h. Results The hepatic lipase activity in the experimental group decreased by 37.31% compared with the control group. Conclusion The decrease of hepatic lipase activity in adriamycin-induced nephropathy rats may be related to the direct effect of doxorubicin on the liver
