我厂是重点生产高锰钢履带板的单位,但履带板的使用寿命很低。为提高其使用寿命,我们在高锰钢中加入稀土进行了晶粒度、碳化物、夹杂物、机械性能、加工硬化、铸造性能、热裂和装车等对比性试验,取得了初步效果。高锰钢(Mn13)加稀土和不加稀土的对比试验主要结果如下:①加Re的铸态晶粒度细化1~2级,个别的3级,铸态碳化物有所减
