2003年12月8日法国“马克思园地”网站http:／／www.u-paris10.fr／Actuel Marx刊登了法国学者杰拉尔德·杜梅尼尔和多米尼克·列维合写的《20-21世纪之交的美帝国主义经济学》的文章,认为新自由主义使美国资本从全球获得大量资本收益,世界资本于是大量流入美国,产生财富效应,使美国上层的资本收益很大。但是由此导致的高消费削弱了美国的实体经济,世界资本对美国信任度下降,有流出美国的趋势,美国因此不得不从新自由主义走向更多诉诸掠夺和控制的新帝国主义。文章主要内容如下。
