油层套管是油井用管的重要品种。油井投产时,要在井下的油层套管管体上进行专门的射孔操作。因此要求这种套管必须具有相当的抵抗射孔裂纹迅速扩展的能力,即所谓的射孔性能。通常规定,油层套管射孔后裂孔率不得超过30%,孔裂长度最长不得超过90mm。否则将会给油井分层采油和后期处理带来严重困难,从而影响油井的开采寿命和效能。 近年来,我国使用的进口和国产油层套管中,射孔性能的差异很大。为了搞清楚不同的油层套管射孔性能差异很大的原因,我们先后从大庆十三批经射孔操作的油层套管中取样,进行了化学成分分析、力学性能检验、金相观察和相分析,阐明了射孔裂纹与油层套管的性能和组织之间的关系,以及影响射孔性能的工艺因素。

In order to find out the reason that the perforation performance of different casing is very different, we have sampled from thirteen batches of perforation wells in Daqing and analyzed the chemical composition, mechanical property, metallographic observation and phase Analyzed and clarified the relationship between perforation cracks and reservoir casing properties and microstructure, as well as the process factors affecting perforation performance.
