气力输送管道压降的预测有利于合理设计供风系统。建立了一气力输送实验装置,对某些截面的压力进行了实验测试。运用CFD仿真软件Fluent,建立了3维气固两相湍动双流体压降预测模型,通过对该气力输送系统的水平弯管进行的仿真研究,得到了与实验结果吻合较好的模型,并运用该模型分析了几个主要参数对气力输送系统压降预测的影响。
Prediction of pressure drop in pneumatic conveying pipe is beneficial to the reasonable design of air supply system. A pneumatic conveying device was set up to test the pressure of some sections. By using the CFD simulation software Fluent, a three-dimensional gas-liquid two-phase turbulent dual-fluid pressure drop prediction model was established. Through the simulation study on the horizontal elbow of the pneumatic conveying system, the model which is in good agreement with the experimental results was obtained. The model is used to analyze the influence of several main parameters on the pressure drop prediction of pneumatic conveying system.
