胺碘酮作为Ⅲ类抗心律失常药,被广泛用于各种心率失常的治疗中。胺碘酮在发挥抗心律失常生物效应的同时,释放大量的碘元素,增加甲状腺合成甲状腺激素的功能,扰乱体内甲状腺激素的正常代谢。并且通过直接的细胞毒性和间接反馈作用,致甲状腺组织损伤。对于胺碘酮诱发的甲状腺组织损伤,可以根据病情采取药物、手术以及放射性碘等相应治疗。
Amiodarone, as a class III antiarrhythmic drug, is widely used in the treatment of various arrhythmias.
