由于黄铜合金在连续挤压过程中成形模具工作载荷较大,所以在产品截面积相等的条件下,降低黄铜合金成形载荷具有重要意义。对截面积相同而宽厚比不同的两种H62黄铜产品的成形载荷进行了测试,分别获得了压实轮、挡料块和腔体的载荷。测试结果表明:产品的宽厚比越大,成形载荷也越大,尤其是挡料块载荷和腔体载荷升高明显。因此,为了提高工装模具的寿命,必须选用相同截面积而宽厚比小的产品形状。研究成果能为连续挤压成形产品形状的选用提供重要的理论基础。
Due to the large working load of the forming die during the continuous extrusion of the brass alloy, it is of great significance to reduce the forming load of the brass alloy under the condition that the cross-sectional area of the product is equal. The forming loads of two H62 brass products with the same cross-sectional area and different aspect ratio were tested, and the loads of the compaction wheel, block and cavity were obtained respectively. The test results show that the larger the width-thickness ratio of the product is, the larger the forming load is, especially the load of the block and the cavity load increase obviously. Therefore, in order to improve the life of tooling die, you must choose the same cross-sectional area and generous shape ratio of small products. The research results can provide an important theoretical basis for the selection of continuous extrusion product shape.
