随着我们国家经济的快速发展,现阶段国家在工程建设方面也投入更大的人力、物力,造成工程建设的规模也在不断地增大,然而这一切的改变也使我国的工程建设项目出现了新的特点:如由于规模的增大,项目的建设环境也变得更加的复杂、技术要求更加先进、并且项目实施中的不确定性风险也大大增加。但是现阶段我国的工程项目还存在着工作效率偏低、工程成本浪费严重、工程管理手段落后,各阶段信息流失严重等问题。BIM技术的出现让我们看到了解决这些问题的希望,本论文将结合工程实例简单地研究当BIM技术应用到建筑全寿命周期中后对建筑业所带来的巨大改变。
With the rapid economic development in our country, at this stage, the state has invested more manpower and material resources in the construction of projects and the scale of its construction has also been constantly increasing. However, all these changes have also led to the emergence of China’s construction projects New features: As the size of the project increases, the construction environment of the project has become more complicated, the technical requirements become more advanced, and the risk of uncertainty in project implementation has also been greatly increased. However, at this stage, there are some problems in our country such as low work efficiency, serious waste of construction cost, backward engineering management means and serious information loss in all stages. With the advent of BIM technology, we have seen the hope of solving these problems. In this paper, we will combine the project examples to briefly study the huge changes brought to the construction industry when BIM technology is applied to the entire life cycle of a building.
