大学是每个学生成长生涯中的关键阶段,辅导员就是这个阶段特殊的管理和服务主体。和普通大学学生相比,高职院校学生在学情、素质、层次上相对较差,具有其特殊性,这更增加了高职辅导员管理的难度,赋予其特殊使命。作为班级管理的核心力量,班干部团队更是连接辅导员与普通同学之间的桥梁,有利地协助了辅导员班级管理工作的开展。本文从高职院校班干部管理工作基层人员——辅导员的角度出发,结合一线工作的经验,分析班干部团队管理的作用以及其中存在的一些问题,并提出相应对策。 The University is a critical phase in each student’s growth career, and counselors are the special management and service providers at this stage. Compared with ordinary college students, students in higher vocational colleges are relatively poor in academic knowledge, quality and level, and have their particularity. This further increases the difficulty of higher vocational counselor management and gives it a special mission. As the core strength of class management, the team of cadres in the class is the bridge between the counselors and ordinary students, which helps to assist the class managers in the counseling. Based on the experience of first-line work, this paper analyzes the function of class cadre’s team management and some of its existing problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
