上海人才研究会组织部分企业在黄山举行了“现代企业人事制度改革研讨会”。来自宝山钢铁(集团)公司、上海石油化工股份有限公司、中国纺机公司等21家特大型和大型企业的领导汇聚在一起,共同研讨现代企业改革和人事制度改革。 现代企业人事制度改革研讨会,在黄山上海干部疗养院宽敞的会议厅内举行。代表们认为,现代企业改革已走在十字路口,处于山重水复的境地。问题的关键是如何加大改革的力度,冲破改革最后难点。如:产权关系问题,政企分开问题,企业外部条件问题,科学管理问题等等。这些问题严重困扰着企业前进的步伐,如不彻底改革,企业就很难生存,更难发展。 代表们又认为,现代企业的改革,人事制度改革必须先行,因为人是最宝贵的因素,只要有了人,什么人间奇迹都会创造出来。代表们通过深入研讨,取得了以下一些共识:
The Shanghai Talent Research Institute organized some companies to hold a seminar on modern enterprise personnel system reform in Huangshan. Leaders of 21 large and large enterprises from Baoshan Iron & Steel (Group) Company, Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited, and China Textile Machinery Company gathered together to discuss modern enterprise reform and personnel system reform. The symposium on the reform of the personnel system of modern enterprises was held in the spacious conference hall of the Shanghai Sanatorium of Huangshan. Delegates believe that modern enterprise reform has been at a crossroads and it is in a situation of heavy losses. The key issue is how to increase the intensity of reforms and break through the final difficulties of the reform. Such as: the issue of property rights, the separation of government and enterprises, the external conditions of enterprises, scientific management issues and so on. These problems have seriously plagued the company’s progress. If it is not completely reformed, it will be difficult for enterprises to survive and develop even harder. The delegates also believed that the reform of modern enterprises must be preceded by the reform of the personnel system because people are the most valuable factor. As long as there are people, any miracle will be created. Delegates gained some of the following consensus through in-depth discussions:
