在不同肥力水平大棚土壤上设置不同氮肥供应水平的田间试验 ,结果表明 ,增施氮肥能够提高黄瓜产量 1 6.0 %~ 45.8% ,但每 kg氮的增产量随着施氮量的增加而下降 ,;黄瓜氮肥利用率随着施氮量的增加和土壤供氮水平的提高而降低。盆栽试验结果表明 ,适宜的氮肥用量有利于改善黄瓜品质 ,而过量施氮使黄瓜果实中 Vc含量降低和硝酸盐含量增加。利用修正的 Stanfort施肥公式计算保护地黄瓜优质高产施氮量切实可行
The field experiments of different nitrogen supply levels were set up in greenhouse soil with different fertility levels. The results showed that the increase of nitrogen fertilizer could increase the yield of cucumber by 1 6.0% -45.8%, but the yield per kg nitrogen decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate. The utilization rate of cucumber nitrogen fertilizer decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate and soil nitrogen supply. The results of pot experiment showed that appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer could improve the quality of cucumber, whereas excessive nitrogen application decreased the content of Vc and the content of nitrate in cucumber fruit. It is practicable to calculate the nitrogen yield of cucumber with high quality and high yield by using the modified Stanfort fertilization formula
