煤粉燃烧器使用少油点火技术的数值模拟

结合上海吴泾第二发电有限责任公司600 MW机组亚临界压力锅炉采用煤粉少油点火技术的情况,通过数值模拟研究了影响煤粉着火的各种因素.结果表明:单只燃烧器供油量在80 kg/h时,煤粉能够顺利点火,与不采用该技术进行煤粉点火相比节油率能达到97.3%;一次风速的增大会延后煤粉的着火位置;粒径较小的煤粉有利于煤粉点火;在一定的运行条件下,煤粉浓度存在一个最优值,过高过低都不利于煤粉的快速点火. Combining with the case of coal-less oil ignition technology in sub-critical pressure boilers of 600 MW unit of Shanghai Wujing No.2 Power Generation Co., Ltd., various factors affecting the ignition of coal dust were studied by numerical simulation.The results showed that the fuel consumption of single burner At 80 kg / h, the pulverized coal can ignite smoothly, and the fuel-saving rate can reach 97.3% compared with the pulverized coal without adopting this technology. The increase of the first wind speed will delay the ignition of pulverized coal. Pulverized coal is conducive to ignition of pulverized coal; under certain operating conditions, pulverized coal concentration has an optimal value, too high and too low is not conducive to the rapid ignition of pulverized coal.
