随着社会经济形势的飞速发展，国家宏观经济政策环境也发生了重大变革，国家设计战略也不断进行及时调整，相应的高等教育院校的人才培养类型也需要适时改变，就目前我国设计学学科发展趋势及经济文化对设计人才的需求来看，应用型设计人才培养具有很强的紧迫性。发达国家的设计学科结构布局对于我国的设计学科设置具有重要的借鉴意义。因此，我们要抓住当前经济文化环境给应用型设计人才发展提供的机遇，协调好国家和高等学校之间关系，国家应对承担设计类教育的高等学校进行分类设置与管理，高等学校应该根据自身的优势和条件承担相应的设计教育职责，分工协作，共同做好设计学学位建设及应用型设计人才的培养工作。“,”With the rapid development of social economy, the context of national macroeconomic policies has gone through great changes and reforms. Consequently, timely adjustments of national design strategies have been made, which urges us to make correspondent and timely changes in terms of the types of talents cultivated in coleges and universities. Considering the trend of the discipline development of design science in China at present as wel as the economic and cultural demand for design talents, cultivating application-oriented design talents is of great urgency. The discipline structure and layout of design science in many developed countries have important implications for the discipline setting of design science in China. Therefore, we should seize the opportunity that the current economic and cultural context provide for the development of application-oriented design talents and at the same time coordinate the relationship between the nation and coleges and universities. More speciifcaly, the nation should classify the coleges and universities that offer design education, arranging and managing them accordingly. On the other hand, coleges and universities should undertake correspondent responsibilities in design education according to their advantages and overal conditions. In a word, the nation, coleges and universities should divide their labor and cooperate, together making contributions to the cause of the degree construction of design science as wel as the cultivation of application-oriented design talents.
