叙述了提高水泥浆紊流顶替效率的室内对比试验概况及试验结果, 结合试验结果在分析目前 G 高水泥浆、减阻剂原浆及电处理浆流变性增减变化率的基础上, 提出了提高水泥浆紊流顶替效率的方法, 采用减阻剂+ 高频电场处理水泥浆可望获取增大紊流深度、增加顶替效果, 建议推广应用这一新方法.
In this paper, the general situation and experimental results of indoor contrast test to improve the turbulence displacement efficiency of cement slurry are described. Based on the analysis of the current change rates of the rheological properties of G high grout, drag reducer puree and electric slurry, To improve the efficiency of cement slurry turbulence displacement, the use of drag reduction agent + high frequency electric field treatment of cement slurry is expected to increase the depth of turbulence and increase replacement effect, it is recommended to promote the use of this new method.
