河南省清丰县利用世界银行贷款,开发荒废地资源,发展渔业生产,取得显著成效。目前,全县已发展池塘养鱼面积2600多亩,其中高产塘800亩,年产商品鱼152万公斤,亩效益高达2000余元。仅此一项,每年为农民增加收入300多万元。 渔业开发始于1993年,当时在纸房乡纸房街村平整荒地建成270亩鱼塘,开始高密度精养鲤鱼试验。经过精心管理,270亩鱼塘当年取得了显著的经济效益,纯收入达到50多万元。此举大大激发了群众养鱼的积极性。 清丰县委、县政府紧紧抓住这个典型不放,利用会议、广播、电视等多种形式,广泛宣传发展渔业生产的重要意义,把发展渔业生产作
Qingfeng County, Henan Province, made use of World Bank loans to develop wasteland resources and develop fishery production with remarkable results.
