二元比例法是X射线荧光分析中的一个特殊情况,适合于含有两种成分的混合物测量。用二元素的分析线强度比对元素含量比做校准曲线,既能非常有效地校正样品的基体效应,同时,又对样品的表面状态不敏感。
Binary ratio method is a special case of X-ray fluorescence analysis, suitable for measurement of a mixture containing two components. Using two elemental analysis line intensity versus element ratio as a calibration curve can not only correct the matrix effect of the sample very effectively but also be insensitive to the surface state of the sample.
