大功率三级管电源具有一般其它形式不能及的优良性能,近年来,某些先进工业国家已从试验研究阶段进入了生产领域,为了摸索这种新型电源的特点和规律,我厂与上海第二纺织机诫厂合作于1977年试制了50A大功率三极管电源用于脉冲钨极氩弧焊,经过一年多的实际使用,基本上达到了设计要求,焊机基本参数如下: 1、最大焊接电流:50A; 2、电流调节范围:0~50A连续可调; 3、外特性:垂直徒降; 4、脉冲焊频率:0.5~20Hz; 5、输出波形:方波。主回路采用5只Pcm=300W,Icm=30A的大功率三极管并联运行,为了达到对焊接电流精度的控制,采用了集成电路运算放大器对焊接电流实行闭环控制的方式,中间环节的设计留有较大裕量,以便当需要更大焊接电流时只要增加并联大功率三极管的只数即可方便的达到目的。为了保证当高压脉冲引弧时保证大功率三极管不被击穿,采用了附加引弧电流短时接通方式。上海第二纺织机械厂利用本设备进行了0.25mm和0.05mm不锈钢对接焊,都获得了满意的效果。
