目的 探讨鼻内镜下治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床护理措施.方法 总结分析180例患者的护理经验.结果 本组180例经6个月～1年的随访治疗,治愈148例,术腔上皮化;好转21例,有轻度的瘢痕狭窄,鼻窦流少量的分泌物、黏膜水肿;无效12例,均为息肉复发.结论 精心的护理是患者康复的关键.
