[目的]了解天津市城区初中生伤害相关行为,为采取相应干预措施提供依据。[方法]2008年5月,在天津市河北区随机抽取6所初中,对不同年级的学生进行调查。[结果]调查1 210名初中学生,19种故意及非故意伤害相关行为的发生率,最高的是感觉到学习压力重、孤独、受到欺侮、步行违规、失眠,分别为80.83%、65.54%、61.57%、60.74%、56.03%。[结论]河北区初中生伤害相关行为发生率较高。 [Objective] To understand the injury-related behaviors of junior high school students in Tianjin city and provide evidence for the corresponding interventions. [Method] In May 2008, 6 junior high schools were randomly selected in Hebei District of Tianjin to investigate students of different grades. [Results] The incidence of intentional and unintentional injury-related behaviors was investigated among 1,210 junior high school students. The highest ones were 80.83%, 65.54% of them felt lonely, 61.57%, 60.74%, 56.03%. [Conclusion] There is a high incidence of injury-related behaviors among junior high school students in Hebei.
