本文从红曲霉属中挑选两种菌株,采用多菌种发酵来研究对Lovastatin的产率是否有所提高。首先以GM039菌株(红曲霉属)为对照组,取种液15ml接入固体培养基进行固体发酵;其次同时取GM039,GM100的种液接入固体培养基,且GM100与GM039种液接入量为2:1。对照组和实验组以相同的条件进行发发酵。条件为:置30℃环境发酵3天,待菌丝布满培养基时扣瓶一次,然后转入25℃的条件下发酵21天。在25℃的条件下每5天扣瓶一次,连续扣瓶3次至发酵结束,取出,烘干,测定Lovastatin的含量。
In this paper, two strains of Monascus were selected, and multi-strain fermentation was used to investigate whether the yield of Lovastatin has been increased. First of GM039 strains (Monascus) as the control group, take the seed solution 15ml access solid medium for solid fermentation; followed by GM039, GM100 access solid medium, and GM100 and GM039 liquid access For 2: 1. The control group and the experimental group were fermented under the same conditions. Conditions: 30 ℃ environment fermented for 3 days until the mycelium filled with medium bottle buckle, and then transferred to 25 ℃ under the conditions of fermentation for 21 days.
