我院产科在1990～1992年间有263例头位分娩羊水粪染病例,现作分析讨论如下。 1.临床资料:脐带缠绕175例,占66.54％;过期妊娠47例,占17.87％;妊娠高血压综合征13例,占4.94％;第二产程延长9例,占3.42％;头盆不称5例,占1.90％;脐带真结1例,占0.38％;不明原因13例,占4.94％。 Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from 1990 to 1992, there were 263 cases of first instance of amniotic fluid meconium-borne cases, the current analysis and discussion are as follows. Clinical data: 175 cases of umbilical cord wound, accounting for 66.54%; 47 cases of overdue pregnancy, accounting for 17.87%; pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome in 13 cases, accounting for 4.94%; the second stage of extension of 9 cases, accounting for 3.42% 5 cases, accounting for 1.90%; umbilical cord true knot in 1 case, accounting for 0.38%; unexplained 13 cases, accounting for 4.94%.
