目的本研究拟开展仿真内镜不同训练模式对结肠镜技能建立的作用研究,以期发现最优化的训练模式。方法将学员分为2组,A组采用自学法,B组教师指导法。训练完成后根据成绩判断哪种训练方法最适合结肠镜受训学员。结果两组总体评分无显著性差异,各环节比较包括安全性、准确度、残气量、肠袢形成及操作时间方面均无显著性差异。结论本研究表明应推荐自学法为仿真结肠镜的训练方法。
Objective This study intends to carry out simulation of endoscopy different training modes on colonoscopy skills to establish the role of research in order to find the optimal training mode. Methods The students were divided into two groups, A group using self-learning method, B group instructor method. According to the results after the completion of training to determine which training methods are most suitable for colonoscopy trainees. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in overall score. There was no significant difference in safety, accuracy, residual volume, intestinal formation and operation time between the two groups. Conclusion This study shows that self-study should be recommended as a training method for simulated colonoscopy.
