Objective: To explore the related factors of rebleeding after minimally invasive puncture for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its prevention and treatment. Methods: Seventy-eight patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery were enrolled in this study. According to the presence or absence of rebleeding, sub-factors were studied. Results: The minimally invasive puncture for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage rebleeding and timing of surgery, initial hematoma removal, blood pressure control and many other factors. CONCLUSIONS: Choosing the appropriate timing of surgery, appropriate initial clearance, reasonable blood pressure control, careful attention to the location of the puncture needle, and negative pressure control during aspiration can reduce the incidence of rebleeding and improve prognosis
