目的 :观察精制蝮蛇抗栓酶与硫酸镁治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效。方法 :对 2 0例急性心肌梗死患者采用蝮蛇抗栓酶 +硫酸镁治疗 ,并与常规治疗的 2 0例进行疗效对照观察。结果 :治疗组与对照组相比 ,心绞痛缓解与 ST下移的时间明显缩短 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :蝮蛇抗栓酶与硫酸酶合用治疗急性心肌梗死有协同作用 ,疗效满意。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of purified viper antithrombotic enzyme and magnesium sulfate on acute myocardial infarction. Methods: Twenty patients with acute myocardial infarction were treated with Agkistrodon acutase + magnesium sulfate, and compared with 20 cases of conventional treatment. Results: Compared with the control group, the duration of angina pectoris and ST down was significantly shorter in the treatment group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Agkistrodon antithrombotic enzyme and sulfate combined treatment of acute myocardial infarction have a synergistic effect with satisfactory results.
