阐述了炉管爆漏的原因及给电厂生产和安全带来的危害及造成的经济损失。介绍了超音速电弧喷涂合金保护层工艺的原理及其在上海金山石化热电总厂热电二站锅炉低温过热器及低温预热器上的应用情况。提出了超音速电弧喷涂合金保护层可保护锅炉管壁 ,减少炉管爆漏的次数。该工艺在火电厂锅炉系统有着广阔的应用前景 ,值得推广。
The causes of furnace tube burst and the harm to the production and safety of the power plant and the economic losses caused by it are expounded. The principle of supersonic arc spraying alloy protective layer process and its application in low temperature superheater and low temperature preheater of Shanghai Jinshan Petrochemical Cogeneration Plant are introduced. The supersonic arc sprayed alloy protective layer is proposed to protect the boiler tube wall and reduce the number of tube burst. The process in the thermal power plant boiler system has broad application prospects, it is worth promoting.
