随着我国社会发展,社会对于技术型人才的需求与日俱增。同样,社会对于钳工的需求也影响着学校的教学方式。为了最大程度上训练钳工的技能熟练度,以及专业技术。很多学校开展钳工的专业培训,目的在于培养钳工的专业技能以及钳工的自信心,以便符合社会需要。但在日常教学中,由于很多学校授课内容脱离实际,导致钳工的学习往往与教学目标不服。为避免这一问题的出现,本文根据笔者多年的教学经验,总结教学中存在的问题,提出解决方案,希望对今后的钳工教学提供帮助。
With the social development in our country, the demand for skilled personnel in the society has been increasing day by day. Similarly, the community’s demand for fitters also affects the way schools teach. In order to maximize the training of fitter’s skill proficiency, and professional skills. In many schools, professional training of fitters is carried out to develop the professional skills of fitters and the self-confidence of fitters in order to meet the needs of the community. However, in daily teaching, because many schools teaching content from reality, resulting in the fitter’s learning is often not satisfied with the teaching objectives. In order to avoid the emergence of this problem, this article summarizes the problems existing in teaching based on my years of teaching experience, puts forward solutions and hopes to provide help for fitter teaching in the future.
