Preserved secrets or natural causes? The earliest reference to the body does not rot this phenomenon is in China’s chronicle “Buddhist saints” in. It says there was a monk in Song Dynasty named Gui Ning, who was buried in the temple of Kaoyan in 712. In 1276, at a time when the Song dynasty was about to collapse, Mongol soldiers scoped up his body to see if it was rumored to be corrupt. As a result, the monk was found to have the elasticity and luster of the skin 564 years after his death, without any sign of witheredness and decay. Recently, Russia’s “Communist Youth League Pravda” reported on this issue and announced the research results of some scientists.
