太湖实行半年封湖禁渔的决策,经过十年的贯彻执行,已取得显著的成效。全湖三业总产值比1983年增长44.72倍,达 5.5个亿;渔业产量增长8.0％,其中捕捞产量13800吨,大湖网围养殖2800吨。为了更好地贯彻这一科学决策,进一步合理开发和利用太湖水产资源,促进太湖渔业持续、稳定、快速发展,现对太湖封湖禁渔十年来经济效益提高的增长因素和结果作一初步分析。
After six months of implementation of the policy of banning fishing by blocking the lake in Taihu Lake, remarkable achievements have been achieved after 10 years’ implementation. Total output value of the whole lake three industries increased 44.72 times over 1983, reaching 5.5 billion; fishery output increased 8.0%, of which 13800 tons of fishing production, the Great Lakes nets breeding 2800 tons. In order to better implement this scientific decision-making, further rationalize the development and utilization of Taihu Lake fishery resources and promote the sustainable, stable and rapid development of Taihu fishery, a preliminary analysis is made of the growth factors and the results of the increase of economic benefits during the 10-year banning fishing in the Taihu Lake .
