一、前言质谱仪器的原理虽然早已为人们所熟知,但作为一种分析工具来发展,却是较晚的事,而且在较长的时期内,把主要力量放在精确测定同位素质量方面,直到1940年这个原理才用于发展定量分析的质谱仪器。然而,这并非主要趋势,分析一下“质谱进展”一书搜集的2000多篇文献便可粗略的得到一些概念。我们把这些文献分类用两幅图来表示,便可从图1中看出,战前发展很慢,战后异常迅速,出现的峰值,大都与西方国家召开质谱会议的时间有关,这可能是个促进因素。从图2可知,
