立柱是液压支架中主要的承载与高度调节件,根据确定的外载荷进行结构的强度设计。传统的设计方法是根据强度理论由安全系数法进行强度和稳定性计算。根据可能的外载荷状态利用ANSYS对结构进行有限元分析,可以实现结构优化,提高结构的承载能力,降低结构的重量和立柱的制造成本。
Column is the main bearing in the hydraulic support and height adjustment, according to determine the structure of the external load strength design. The traditional design method is based on the strength theory by the safety factor method to calculate the strength and stability. According to the possible external load state, the finite element analysis of the structure by ANSYS can optimize the structure, increase the bearing capacity of the structure and reduce the weight of the structure and the manufacturing cost of the column.
